Answer: Privacy Policy The said privacy policy governs website and software, which are developed by ABC Group for use on laptops, computers, mobile, and tablets, the said software is accessible by children under the age of 13 too. Therefore, in compliance with the rules made under the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), all the United States of America legislations, which are currently applicable, only the parents or legal guardians are legally allowed to provide consent for children who provide personally identifiable information to our website. The site aims to collect information from children under the age of 13 only such information, which is reasonably necessary for the improvement of the site. Usually three types of information are collected by children who are under the age of 13. This information include the information, which the user actively provides to the site at the time of registration, the information, which is automatically collected by us from the user computers, and informa tion, which is collected from third parties. The primary purpose towards collecting information is to respond to user requests, improvement of site and advertisements. Parents and Guardians of every child accessing the said site have the right to review all or any of the personally identifiable information (PII) collected about their child and request us to deleted the said information with a further request of no further information to be collected from their child. Our basic policy includes notifying the parents whenever a child under the age of 13 uses our website via an email and receives parental consent before the information concerning the child user is stored.
